GENERAL
You can make a reservation by phone or by mail.
Do you need a few days to arrange, to book tickets, etc.? We can put an option on the villa!
At reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation, the rental contract, and a checklist to be filled with your data and special needs such as car rental, babysitting, shopping list and the like.
The payment is usually 50% of the rental price at reservation by bank transfer, and the second 50% ditto, 4 weeks before arrival, or cash upon arrival at the villa.

- Water, electricity , gas ,maintenance of pool and garden
- Bed linen, towels
- Weekly cleaning and a change of linen for stays longer than a week

- Baby bed and highchair ( to be requested at the reservation)
- Guidance and support during your stay
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at Ibiza Airport you will be welcomed by us and escorted to your holiday villa. There we will also give you all the necessary information about the island so you can enjoy your stay. Bed linen and Towels are provided in the villa.
If you wish to rent a car during your stay we offer you the possibility to reserve this with us. Advantages:
We make sure your desired car is waiting at Ibiza Airport, so you can immediately drive off.
After your stay you can leave the car at the airport parking. This prevents long waits at the car rental return.
The prices, available upon request, include fully comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage, additional drivers, child seats and personal service.
If you want a full fridge when you arrive at your villa, we offer a grocery shopping service for 35 Euros. Especially recommended for late arrivals.

More and more people spend the day on the beautiful blue water. You can hire a simple boat with us, or rent a luxury yacht, with or without skipper.
