We are excited to welcome Alessio as our new Senior Real Estate Experience Executive at WM Lifestyle Ibiza. With a robust background in the hospitality industry and an impressive academic foundation, Alessio brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for enhancing client experiences.

Alessio’s career includes significant roles, such as Head of Reception at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, where he excelled in client service, reservation management, and team supervision. His previous experience as an Event Manager at Melia Hotel Zaragoza honed his skills in planning and organizing events from start to finish, ensuring every detail was meticulously handled while maintaining open communication with clients.

What truly sets Alessio apart is his natural empathy and warmth towards others. His serious work ethic is complemented by an ever-present smile, making him not only a reliable team member but also someone who fosters positive interactions with both colleagues and clients. Alessio believes that a welcoming atmosphere can greatly enhance the overall experience, and he consistently strives to create that for everyone he meets.

Academically, Alessio holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, along with a Bachelor’s degree in International Tourism and Marketing from the University of Rome Carlo BO. He is also multilingual, speaking advanced Spanish and English, as well as his native Italian, and has a good command of German. This linguistic ability allows him to connect with a diverse clientele, further enriching the service experience.
